This course explains the use, relevance and application of Georgia's building codes. This course shows the basis for the codes, who writes them, who maintains them, and how they are approved. Numerous examples of code use, misuse and interpretations are included.

Buyers Protection Group, the Southeast’s largest property inspection company, offers the course described for the benefit of real estate Agents and Brokers. Each of the courses can be presented for three hours of Continuing Education credits. The Georgia Real Estate Commission has authorized BPG to operate as a school to teach Continuing Education Courses and this class is hosted by Maximum One Realty.
